Compassionate and Private Nursing Care

Vintage Gardens Assisted Living provides a strong nursing program to assist in managing your health and wellness. Our goal is to provide nursing care in a timely, respectful, and non-intrusive manner.

Our licensed and certified nursing staff is always available to provide care in three areas:

• Medication Management: Our nursing staff can either provide "full" medication management where they order, store, and administer all your medications, or "partial" medication management where they can assist you as needed when you desire to manage your own medications.
• Case Management: Our nursing staff evaluates any health issues that arise, communicates those issues to the physician and your family, and then follows through with the physician's plan of care.
• Daily Living: Our nursing staff provides any assistance you need with your activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.)
