Joseph W. Freudenthal, Co-Owner, founded Vintage Senior Living in 2000. He is responsible for all aspects of Vintage Senior Living's business. Prior to forming Vintage Senior Living, he worked as a registered physical therapist primarily in the outpatient and skilled nursing facility environments. He received his Bachelors degree in May of 1993 in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. Mr. Freudenthal, his wife Ali, and their four children are residents of St. Joseph, MO.

Frank D. Freudenthal, Co-Owner, has 40 years of experience in managing people and building profitable businesses.  To his credit, Frank, a mechanical engineer by degree, founded the manufacturing arm of Altec Industries, Inc. in 1973 and built it into the largest manufacturer of hydraulic aerial and digging devices in the world. He is Joe's dad!

Christina Bushong, Comptroller, joined Vintage Senior Living in 2004. She is responsible for all accounting functions, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and office administration.  Prior to joining Vintage, she worked for the accounting firm Sumner, Carter, Hardy, Felling, and DePriest in St. Joseph, MO.    She received her Bachelors degree in Business Management and Accounting from Missouri Western State University.  Christina and her husband live with their family in St. Joseph, MO.

Patty Mathews, Executive Director of Vintage Gardens North Assisted Living, joined the Vintage Senior Living team in March of 2003. Her positive energy and unending dedication to the residents, their loved ones, and the staff of Vintage Gardens North is a major reason Vintage Senior Living has such a magnificent reputation in the St. Joseph area. We are honored to have Patty as part of our team! Her and her husband, Keith, live in St. Joseph and have three adult children.

John Poe, Executive Director of Vintage Gardens South Assisted Living, has been on the Vintage Senior Living team since February of 2004. His wonderful and gentle way with residents and his laid back management style has been a perfect fit for Vintage Gardens South Assisted Living. We are honored that John is part of our team!

Jenny Hugger, Executive Director of Vintage @ Home, joined the Vintage Senior Living team in May of 2006. Her optimism and management skills have helped her form a wonderful home health team. We are honored to have Jenny as part of our team! Her and her husband, David, live in St. Joseph and have six adult children.

Beth Brand, Executive Director of The Villas at Vintage Oaks, joined the Vintage Senior Living team in July of 2009. Her bubbly personality and love for people will help her create a true community neighborhood at The Villas at Vintage Oaks. We are honored to have Beth as part of our team! Her and her husband, Tom, live in St. Joseph and have four children.

Frank Sindelar, Director of Community Relations, joined the Vintage Senior Living team in May of 2008. His strong faith-walk and approachable personality have added a "deepness" to the team, and has attracted many new prospects to our services. We are honored to have Frank as part of our team! He and his wife, Vicki, live in St. Joseph and have three children.
